Shipping policies

Order will be prepared and ready to ship in 5-7 working days.
International orders are typically send by regular postal service (Correos de Mexico / your local postal service as USPS, Royal Mail, Dutch, etc) this service is a little bit slow ( about 15 days to USA, 20 days to Europe, 25-30 days for other places, + processing time; delays may occur, especially in Holyday season, and they are out of my control), but it’s safe and it will get to you, unfortunately, this service does not provide a day to day tracking information, or an estimated date of arrival. On postal service web page we can only get information from:
• Date it is left in postal service office
• Date when it enters Mexican customs
• Date when it leaves Mexico
Once it has left Mexico, further tracking info must be search in your local post service web page, except for Canada , Sweden, Australia (they do not provide info)
USPS provides also:
• Dates when it gets in different USA locations before delivery

Once order has been left in the post office, it is OUT of my control, I can’t get any other information on delivery other than the one shown on the page, make delivery faster, stop it or change the delivery address, it will get to you as programmed, so there is NO way to cancel and get a refund (if applies) any time between transit time, if you change your mind and dont want it any more, you will need to wait to receive it, UNACCEPT it from post man so it is returned to me or receive it and send it back, and you will get your refund when I get the piece back(original shipping will not be refund, and returning shipping is paid by customer).

After orders is left in postal service office, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can check at www.correosdemexico.gob.mx (it’s in Spanish, sorry, but I can sure help with the translation)
I will send a 2nd message when order has been sent out of Mexico, at that moment you can start tracking it in your country postal service web page.

Also, with regular post in Mexico, there is not a customer service area, to call in order to change a delivery address, or make a special require.

From 2 kg and up, we can use regular post or FedEx, price is pretty much the same, but its more factible to generate import duties with FedEx.

FedEx

Cost for 1 or 2 pieces by FedEx to the USA is 30 USD and will arrive within 3-5 days (customs delays may occur and also import duties (we are not responsible for that). FedEx to Europe is 40 USD, costs for all other places to be checked upon request.

If you need your items for an specific date like your birth date, please consider Fedex option, please let me know through the contact button on the shop page, or buy the Upgrade to Fedex Service, just please make sure it is the correct one (US, Canada or Europe)

We use econimic service with 3 to 5 week days transit time, but this may delay if customs issues occur and it is out of our hands.
If you choose Fedex, please provide a phone number, as it is requested for the awb.**Import duties may always occur and we are NOT responsible for them**

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

CANCELATIONS: We are able to cancel order with no problem if it has not been shipped, we typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We can only make a refund in this cases (through paypal):
• Rebozo/item arrived damaged (torn, wet).
• Rebozo/ item did not arrive after 3 months (in regular conditions, this does not apply if there is a strike in your country’s customs, natural disasters, pandemics, Holydays etc).
• Rebozo/item did not arrive to its destination (wrong address, unclaimed, etc) and it was returned to me by postal service ( I will only refund item cost, not shipping, when I have i t back).
• You were not home at delivery moment and it was returned to me by postal service ( I will only refund item cost, not shipping, when I have it back).

NO refund if:
• Rebozo /item arrived after date needed (for birth date) because as previously mentioned transit time is out of our control and we always can FedEx it.
• Rebozo /item has been worn
• NO refunds or replacements after 3 days item has been deliver.

Additional policies

We can take bulk orders, and we will use Fedex service. We are not responsible for any import duties/tax generated either before delivery or after (if any tax is generated and charge to our Fedex account, we will contact you to cover it)

If you need the rebozo for an specific date, like your birth day, please consider Fedex service.
